Who we are.

Leaders Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of ethical leaders. Serving middle school, high school, and college students throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area and beyond, we are passionate about empowering young people to lead with integrity, vision, and purpose.

Our leadership training and certification program takes a personalized, boutique approach—customizing each experience to match the unique strengths, interests, and aspirations of every student. Through a dynamic blend of ethics-based leadership training and hands-on service projects, our students not only learn essential leadership principles but also put them into practice by addressing real-world challenges that matter to them.
