Today’s world faces a significant challenge: a shortage of leaders who are guided by values and vision. This gap is felt in every sector, and we believe the solution starts with investing in young people. That’s why we dedicate 100–150 hours per year to each student, providing immersive opportunities for personal and professional growth. We know that true development takes time—there are no shortcuts to building character and competence.
