Out of School Time Programs.

Our Out of School Time Programs take place after school, on weekends, or during the summer. We partner with school districts, youth development programs, church youth groups and local county governments to customize a leadership training experience to meet their unique needs.

All of our programs are designed to be fun, engaging and offer a convenient way to provide students with valuable opportunities to develop leadership skills while fulfilling student service learning requirements. Participants take the lead by identifying relevant issues in their school or local community, then designing and implementing impactful community service projects as part of student-led teams.

Through project-based learning, students gain a strong foundation in ethics-based leadership principles and apply them to real world challenges. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, fostering lasting friendships among like minded peers who share a passion for making a positive difference.

With the Leaders Institute, students not only grow as leaders but also become empowered to create meaningful change in their communities.
