Executive and Non-Profit Management Training Internship Program.

The Leaders Institute’s Executive and Non-Profit Management Internship Program provides interns with hands-on experience at the intersection of ethical leadership, organizational strategy, and community service.

Over the course of a 3-4 month cohort, interns receive comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship in the foundational skills needed to lead effectively in both domestic and international business environments. Our program emphasizes ethical leadership and professional growth. Interns are tasked with using their leadership training to manage community based programs, as well as, design and implement service projects aligned with the intern’s professional interests

As a result, interns gain valuable insights in operational excellence, develop essential management skills, and learn what it takes to lead with integrity in today’s fast-changing world.
